We have comprised a system that will allow our customers to check the status of their orders with us. This will show the end date of the auction, whether or not payment was received and show the date the item was sent.  Once the item has been sent, please allow at least 7 business days for delivery before contacting us about it (the USPS can be a little slow , sometimes).
